As a part of our 10 year anniversary celebration, The ArtSalon will be hosting special workshops and events throughout the year with the goal of raising funds for the continuation of The ArtSalon. Our first event is a Sound Bath with Donnabelle Casis!

Donnabelle Casis is an artist, arts radio host, and ArtSalon co-curator. Did you know she is also a sound practitioner? Sound healing is part of her creative practice. She will be holding a community sound bath as a fundraiser for the ArtSalon, in celebration of our 10 year anniversary!

Join us for a blissful and immersive sound healing experience at the 33 Hawley Street. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments wash over you, melting away stress and tension. Surround yourself in a cocoon of sound, allowing it to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to explore the healing power of sound in a beautiful space, while raising funds for a wonderful arts organization! So come, unwind, and let the harmonious frequencies of the SonorousLight™ Sound Bath envelop your senses.

Through her training with KIN Unified Healing Institute in Sound Therapy, artist and sound practitioner Donnabelle Casis uses various sound modalities which can help promote physical health and emotional well-being. Every session is unique and intuitively guided.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, blankets, a pillow for your head and one for under your knees, an eye mask (optional), and a water bottle with you.

$35 per person. All proceeds will benefit The ArtSalon. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited. Reserve your spot today

Doors open at 2:30 pm. Starts promptly at 3:00 PM. Duration: 1 hour.
